Bush Camp Powerlines, The Dominion

The cover for the August 2008 issue of the Dominion (issue #53) features Freddy Jolly of the Nemaska Cree standing near his family's traditional bushcamp. The land is now threatened by a proposed Hydro Quebec dam of the Rupert River.
